True space for coffee
When we started, we wanted a true space for coffee. It must be an open space, high ceiling, bright wall and clean tables. So we can remove all that is unnecessary to welcome those things that are more meaningful.
Happy Brew has a large bar but only to show up the most necessary for making great coffee. The café is not large but minimal enough so that guests will not be distracted by furnitures. From most tables, guests can have view of the bar, seeing baristas making coffee.
